Usage :
SPW 1400 is suitable for the formulation of microemulsions and macroemulsions. The guide formulation for a micro emulsion is given below;
pH should be adjusted at 5.0 – 5.5 by acetic acid.
Shelf Life and storage:
24 months, after production date if stored properly. Please make sure temperature will be maintained between 5 – 35 oC during storage. Do not let it freeze or exposure to direct sunlight. Expiring mentioned storage time does not mean product is completely out of specification, we recommend to check product properties with laboratory scale trials.

Characteristic :SPW 1400 is a functional reactive silicone fluid which can be used for textile softener formulations.
Application area : SPW 1400
is particularly suitable as active substance in softener formulations for the impregnation of all kind of fiber but especially for PES-fibers and PES-textiles
imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knittedfabrics.
improves the wash-and wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and tear strength and reduces abrasion loss.
has only little effect on the degree of whiteness in a softener formulation due to low amine count. As a rule no adverse effect on the shade or color fastness properties of coloured goods is observed.
