JES HW 92

Usage :

JES HW 92 can be used in exhaust technique by Jet dyeing machines and also in impregnation technique by padding application. The pH value of the bath should be adjusted to 5.0 – 5.5 for optimum results

1:4 dilution of JES HW 92 is recommended:

Exhaust :

1.0 – 2.0% owf, pH: 5.0 – 5.5, drying (full curing) at 140 – 170 deg. C.

Padding :

10.0 – 20.0 g/l, pH: 5.0 – 5.5

Dry to wet process, pick up appx. 80%, drying (full curing) at 140 – 170 deg. C.

Storage :

9 months, after production date if stored properly. Please make sure temperature will be maintained between 5 – 30 oC during storage. Do not let it freeze or exposure to direct sunlight. Expiring mentioned storage time does not mean product is completely out of specification, we recommend to check product properties with laboratory scale trials.

  • Self Emulsifiable hydrophilic silicone fluid

  • Characteristic : JES HW 92 is a special modified silicone compound.

  • Application : JES HW 92 can be used for the finishing of fabrics which are made by all kind of fiber and it helps to keep hydrophilic nature of the fabrics.(*)

  • (*)With the high dosages, the hyrophilicity can be lowered gradually but the over dyeing properties remain the same.

JES HW 92 can be used for all type of fiber based fabrics. Especially cotton and cotton-synthetic blended fabrics

need to keep hydrophilic nature after finishing and JES HW 92 prevents hydrophilic finishing.

The main properties and adventages of JES HW 92:

  • High hydrophilicity and excellent softness.

  • Extremely high slipperiness and full hand. JES HW 92 can be used instead of both conventional (amino functional PDMS) micro and macro emulsions.

  • Gives ease of stiching, no need polyethylene emulsions in recipes. It does not cause yellowing on OBA applied fabrics. It does not cause at 230 deg. C on fabrics which would be screen printed.

  • Helps lowering pilling formation, gives strength to fabrics for crease, washing and dry cleaning. It lowers static electricity charges

  • Can be diluted with water at any proportion. It is stable to electrolites in water. 1:20 dilution of the product will have
    a shelf life of 6 months at least.

  • Apart from anionic systems, JES HW 92 can be used or mixed together with other nonionic or cationic components such as
    polyethylene, organic softeners, pseudo cationic softeners, polyurethanes etc. It also can be used alone instead of all sort of such
    finishing products.     JES HW 92 can be used alone instead of conventional silicone emulsion blends
    (micro/macro) for ’silky touch’ effects

  • It does not change the shade of color, does not generate foam. The foam in padding vessel causes lumping on the surface of the bath and due to coagulation of the lumps, the squeezing rollers of the padder gets dirty quickly and this dirt may cause silicone spots. This generally can be observed during long run fabrics.JES HW 92 does not cause such problems.

  • It allows color correction dyeing or shading, over dyeing is possible.

  • It is stable to pH (3.0 – 10.0), this allows safe long runs with padding. The emulsion breakage, lumping and silicone spot can not be seen when JES HW 92 used.

  • It is stable to heat, so changing heat, different climates does not effect to product.
