JES MAC LWR T 60
Usage :
JES MAC LWR T 60 can be applied by coating and/or spraying method. The usage amount should be adjusted with preliminary tests accordig to level of desired water repellency.
JES MACLWR T 60 needs to be cured well with heat. Due to special formulation of the product, either hot air blowing or ironing is a must. The temperature of fixation should be kept between 140- 160 deg. oC.
JES MACLWR T 60 can be used with other finishing agents of different type of water repellents/coating agents. We kindly recommend to check compatibility before running industrial scale applications.
Shelf Life :
9 months, after production date if stored properly. Please make sure temperature will be maintained between 5 – 35 oC during storage. Do not let it freeze or exposure to direct sunlight. Expiring mentioned storage time does not mean product is completely out of specification, we recommend to check product properties with laboratory scale trials.

Characteristic : JES MAC LWR T 60 is a non-ionic a functional silicone polymer macro emulsion.
Application : JES MAC LWR T 60 is ideal as water repellent and as a permanent softener and lubricant for all kind of leather goods fur. It produces a specially slippery, soft, smooth and elastic handle, improves crease resistance and sewability.Due to special formulation and the type of polymer, it gives especially slippery ouch while maintains water repellency.
