JES MIC GLC 50
Usage :
JES MIC GLC 50can be applied by padding method. The finishing liquors should not be subjected to high shear, as this might cause instability. The product should be diluted before use. It also may be used by exhaust method but HT, Jet dyeing and bobbin dyeing machines should not be used due to high shear forces.
JES MIC GLC 50can be used in the range of 6.0 – 15.0 g/l. The pH of the liquors should be adjusted to 5.0 – 5.5.
Shelf Life:
9 months, after production date if stored properly. Please make sure temperature will be maintained between 5 – 35 oC during storage. Do not let it freeze or exposure to direct sunlight. Expiring mentioned storage time does not mean product is completely out of specification, we recommend to check product properties with laboratory scale trials.

Characteristic :JES MIC GLC 50 is a non-ionic amino functional silicone polymer semi micro emulsion.
Application: JES MIC PKS 3160 is ideal as a permanent softener and lubricant for all kinds of textile fabrics, made of synthetic or cellulosic fibers, wool, silk or their blends. It produces a specially slippery, soft, smooth and elastic handle, improves crease resistance and sewability.Due to special formulation and the type of polymer, it gives especiallyslippery, elastomeric and bulky touch. . It does not cause yellowing on textiles, suitable for obtically brighten textiles.
