JES MAC ES 50
Usage :
JES MAC ES 50 can be applied by padding method for fabric treatments, it also can be used for the finishing of pigment printed fabrics, not only for finishing purposes but also increasing rubbing fastness of printing along with high elasticity and increased color yield of printing. It is suitable to be used for corrugated polyester fiber for elastomeric finishing.
By Padding:
5.0 – 40 g/l. The pH of the liquors should be adjusted to 5.0 – 5.5.
JES MAC ES 50 can be used with all colors even with optical brightened textiles.
Shelf Life :
9 months, after production date if stored properly. Please make sure temperature will be maintained between 5 – 35 oC during storage. Do not let it freeze or exposure to direct sunlight. Expiring mentioned storage time does not mean product is completely out of specification, we recommend to check product properties with laboratory scale trials.

Characteristic : JES MAC ES 50 is a non-ionic reactive silicone polymer macro emulsion with cross linking component in 1 shot product compound
Application : JES MAC ES 50 is ideal as a permanent softener and lubricant for all kinds of textile fabrics, made of synthetic or cellulosic fibers, wool, silk or their blends. It produces a specially slippery, soft, smooth and elastic handle, improves crease resistance and sewability.Due to special formulation and the type of polymer, it gives especially slippery and extra elastomeric touch.
