JES MAC BZT
Usage :
JES MAC BZT can be applied by padding method. The finishing liquors should not be subjected to high shear, as this might cause instability. The product should be diluted before use. The recommended dilution formula is;
1.0 part of JES MAC BZT
9.0 parts of water
Diluted product can be used in the range of 2.0 – 20 g/l. The pH of the liquors should be adjusted to 5.0 – 5.5.
Shelf Life :
6 months, after production date if stored properly. Please make sure temperature will be maintained between 5 – 35 oC during storage. Do not let it freeze or exposure to direct sunlight. Expiring mentioned storage time does not mean product is completely out of specification, we recommend to check product properties with laboratory scale trials.

Characteristic : JES MAC BZT is a non-ionic amino functional silicone polymer macro emulsion.
Application : JES MAC BZT is ideal as a permanent softener and lubricant for all kinds of textile fabrics, made of synthetic or cellulosic fibers, wool, silk or their blends. It produces a specially slippery, soft, smooth and elastic handle, improves crease resistance and sewability.Due to special formulation and the type of polymer, it gives especially slippery touch.
